I finally could go running today! I went around the loop and beat the middle schoolers that ride the bus home. I would have gone farther, but dad was dropping Mary off at a friend's house so I went with him and then we went home!
I survived the first week of eighth grade! I already have two projects, ugh! Anywho, I am so excited for the weekend. I'm going to have some friends over tomorrow so that should be fun! It's going to be a good weekend!

I love reading about your days, Frannie! Sounds like school is going to be great this year. I'm so glad :) 8th Grade is the best! Congrats on First Chair in Orchestra. That's amazing. What songs are y'all playing? I loved it when the orchestra played songs from movie sound tracks. The classical songs are lovely, too. Have fun running and hope the rain clears up! It is pouring here!!
